The National Cinema Weekend, takes place next weekend on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6, 2026.  

Tickets are slashed to just £4 (or local equivalent) across participating venues.  

The discounted price applies to any film, any seat, and any format (including premium screens where supported), giving filmgoers greater flexibility across the full weekend.  

Over 530 cinemas across the UK and Ireland, including major chains like Cineworld, Vue, ODEON, and independent venues.  

Worth looking in advance at the schedules and booking your seats. Many cinemas still have Summer blockbusters showing and there are some older re-releases showing as well.
